Benton Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Benton Housing Authority (BHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households, and rental family home pre-applications for families.


Please note: The BHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.


The BHA offers one Public Housing community with 102 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.


To apply, visit the BHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 1200 W Pine St, Benton, AR 72015, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.


Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.


Documents are not needed at this time.
